Enterprising since 1906
Helmich Fuite founded our family business in 1906. As a baker, he was dependent on a local windmill for his flour supply in the early 1900s. Enterprising as he was, he personally built a mechanically driven mill in order to be self-sufficient. Animal feed, which initially was merely a by-product of his mill, soon became the main activity of the business.
